Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes the payment and cancellation process for new Glowly Beauty bookings. Rights provided by applicable consumer law are not restricted by this policy.

1. Booking payment

The customer pays a €2 booking fee online to confirm a new appointment. The service price is paid directly to the professional at the venue. No service deposit is collected through Glowly for new bookings.

2. Customer cancellations

When a customer cancels an eligible booking, Glowly normally retains the €2 booking fee, subject to applicable legal rights. No service deposit needs to be refunded for a new Pay at venue booking.

3. Professional cancellations

When the professional cancels, Glowly refunds the customer’s booking fee, or restores eligible booking credit if that was the original form of payment. The professional must complete the separate cancellation payment before Glowly finalizes the cancellation and customer reimbursement.

4. Failed or conflicting bookings

If a payment succeeds but Glowly cannot confirm the appointment, the payment is reconciled and refunded in full. A pending checkout may hold the slot temporarily; failed and cancelled checkouts release it once their status is verified.

5. Refund timing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card network and bank.

6. Service payment

For new bookings, the full service price is payable directly to the professional at the venue. Venue payment disputes may need to be resolved with the professional, subject to applicable law.

If a payment, cancellation or refund appears incorrect, contact [email protected] with your booking details. Never email card numbers.
