These Terms govern access to and use of Glowly Beauty. By creating an account or using Glowly Beauty, you agree to follow these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

1. Glowly Beauty’s role

Glowly Beauty is a technology platform that helps customers discover and book beauty professionals and helps professionals manage services, availability, bookings and payments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the beauty service itself is provided by the professional, not by Glowly Beauty.

2. Accounts and age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Glowly Beauty account. When creating an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You must not use another person’s account without permission or use Glowly Beauty for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or fraudulent activity.

3. Professional obligations

Professionals are responsible for ensuring that their profile, services, pricing, availability, qualifications, business information and any legal or regulatory obligations applicable to their services are accurate and current. If a professional cancels a paid booking, they must complete the applicable separate cancellation payment before Glowly Beauty finalizes the cancellation and customer reimbursement.

4. Bookings and booking fees

For new appointments, the customer pays a €2 Glowly Beauty booking fee online to confirm the booking. The full service price is paid directly to the professional at the venue. Glowly does not collect service deposits for new bookings.

5. Remaining balance

For new bookings, the full service price is paid directly to the professional outside Glowly Beauty unless clearly stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is described in Glowly Beauty’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. When a customer cancels, the €2 booking fee is normally non-refundable, subject to applicable rights. When the professional cancels, Glowly refunds the customer’s booking fee or restores eligible booking credit, after the professional completes the applicable separate cancellation payment. Nothing here limits rights under applicable law.

7. Reviews, messages and content

Users must not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing or otherwise harmful. Glowly Beauty may moderate or remove content and may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

8. Availability of the service

Glowly Beauty may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may differ by platform, account type or release stage.

9. Account suspension or deletion

Glowly Beauty may suspend or disable accounts where necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance or policy enforcement. Users may request account deletion, subject to resolving active bookings and retaining records that must reasonably be preserved.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glowly Beauty is not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services independently provided by professionals. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Glowly Beauty evolves. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
