How subscriptions work
Do plans renew automatically?
No. The current paid subscriptions are prepaid for one month. Renew through Subscription & Billing in your professional account.
What if I don't renew?
After your paid access expires, your effective plan returns to Free unless another valid trial or entitlement applies. Your business profile remains available.
What are business analytics?
Starter includes basic analytics. Premium and Professional include full analytics, such as booking performance, customers and service trends.
Are customer booking fees included?
No. Customers pay a separate €2 Glowly booking fee online and pay the service price directly to the professional at the venue. Paid Boosts are separate from subscriptions.
What about invited beta testers?
Eligible invited professionals may receive temporary promotional access. The expiry and effective plan are shown in their account.
